Please provide 15%-20% extra stock to allow for the inevitable additions, changes and corrections.
Check your list carefully before submitting it, making sure names and addresses are spelled correctly. Show names, including titles (Mr., Mrs., Ms., Miss, Reverend, Father, Honorable, etc.) as you wish them to appear on the envelope, place card or escort envelope.
The preferred format for your list is a Microsoft Word document with the information as shown below: Name
Street address Apartment number
City, State, Zip Code
Name(s) on inside envelope (if you’re using one)
An Excel spreadsheet style is acceptable if you can email the file to me, so I can convert the file to Word.
Be sure to:
Spell out all abbreviations - i.e. East, West, Boulevard, Street, Road, Lane, Place, Court and etc.
All zip codes need to be complete and correct. You can look them up at http://www.zip4usps.com
